Sports World Against Trafficking

Enlighten Educate Engage Empower

Once educated, the next step is to engage those who have been educated regarding trafficking to take steps toward making a difference. Engagement provides opportunities for schools, churches, and individuals to take the next step in getting more people involved in the movement.

This is a unique program designed to certify school leaders from within schools and from partnering school organizations as reliable and trustworthy people for children who are currently in a trafficking or abusive situation of any kind to confide in.
This initiative is designed for leaders that a victim has easy access for communication including (but not limited to):

  • School Counselors
  • School Psychologists

2. S.W.A.T. LEAGUE TEAM Pledge

Every student, administrator, and faculty member in every High School and Middle School will be invited to join our S.W.A.T. LEAGUE after being educated about human trafficking by pledging to never participate in human trafficking in any form. This will be in conjunction with the Professional Sports Teams and Universities in each area who are making the same pledge as a way of connecting the professional and college teams to the high school and middle school teams in a collaborative commitment.

3. S.W.A.T. LEAGUE Regional & City Wide Campaigns

We are coordinating large regional and city wide campaigns that pro and college teams will be part of. These events incorporate all of the S.W.A.T. We are partnered with “Shared Hope” and “Let My People Go” who are specialists in equipping churches with the tools needed to make their efforts effective. S.W.A.T. LEAGUE is also developing strategies specifically for churches that can show them how they can make a tangible impact in their community that will reduce both supply and demand and support existing victims.
